103 LDR Implementing and Utilizing a Performance Management System

Description:

During Implementing and Utilizing a Performance Management System, you will learn how to implement and utilize Performance Management – People-Oriented Performance System (POPS)©, a ten-step Performance Management System that I have been refining and developing for 25 years. This approach stresses a coaching leadership mindset that fosters high degree of development for team members. The people-oriented POPS leadership concepts focuses on interpersonal relationships within organizations, attempting to improve these relationships, to fully develop team members in order to increase productivity and create a positive work environment. Since this is a workshop, we will spend a considerable part of the class discussing how to focus on developing your team members. We will also have extensive skills practices throughout the course.

As previous discussed in earlier courses, it has been designed and developed to inspire leaders to utilize the positive leadership philosophy that I have developed in real-world, actual working places and utilized in training over 3,000 managers and supervisors.
