Description:
During Utilizing Emotional Intelligence for Developing and Maintaining Positive Relationships and Workplaces, you will learn valuable techniques for developing and maintaining positive and meaningful personal and professional relationships. Emotional Intelligence provides knowledge, skills and behaviors to enhance your ability to have better relationships by increasing your understanding and control of your emotions, as well as the emotions of others. This course is designed to increase your self – awareness and self-management, in order to control your emotions depending on the situation. We will also discuss social-awareness and relationship management. As an option we can utilize an Emotional Intelligence Assessment Survey at additional cost.
Objectives: At the completion of this session, you will be able to:
- Develop a better understanding of yourself and others
- Learn how to understand co-workers, managers and customers and how to relate to them
- Utilize communication tools to improve emotional Intelligence
- Improve active listening skills
- State and utilize five emotional intelligence skills
- Develop enhanced personal and professional and personal interactions
