Our Approach
Peter Brunette, owner of People Skills Development, has trained over 3,000 leaders and facilitated the learning of over 10,000 people during his 40-year career in training and development. He is an adjunct professor at Central Maine Community College. He has inspired leaders and employees to understand and develop their role in “Creating and maintaining a positive, collaborative and effective workplace based on trust and positive working relationships where team members are self-motivated to do their best work, excel and flourish.” He works with employees and leaders to enhance their interpersonal, emotional intelligence, leadership and on-the-job skills.
